What is the return policy?
All returns must be in original condition with all original packaging. Contact us at thecrew@crwnjwlsny.com to request a return label before sending anything back. Returns are allowed to be request 7 days after delivery. Returns out side this window will not be accepted. Returns sent without an issued return label cannot be accepted.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Great things are worth the wait.
What are your pieces made of?
Every CRWNJWLSNY piece is cast in solid brass and dipped in 24K gold for a rich, radiant finish built to hold its shape and shine.
How do I care for my piece?
To protect the 24K gold finish, avoid water, perfume, lotion, sweat, and harsh chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and store in the original packaging when not in use.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at thecrew@crwnjwlsny.com. Once production has started, we cannot cancel or change your order.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both in New York City and Los Angeles. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email thecrew@crwnjwlsny.com with your order number and photos of the item, and we'll make it right.
